uHoo Cancellation Policy
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select upon checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries, whereby all subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as specified at the time of purchase). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee using the provided payment method.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration, unless canceled prior to the renewal date. For clarity, you cannot cancel any subscription upon subscription or upon effectivity of any renewal. If you do not want to renew a subscription, you should cancel it anytime before its renewal date. Otherwise, your account will be charged with the applicable fees for the renewed subscription. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there, including cancellation. Once a cancellation request is submitted, it will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated. If you experience any issues canceling your subscription, you may contact our support team at [insert contact email or support link]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe to assist with the request. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid subscription duration.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions without liability on our part in cases of violation of our terms of service, misuse of the platform, or non-payment.
